I only dislike the short episode wasted with talk. Great episode for the good parts. The desperation is real. Hong and Lieshen better jump it because aint no one else capable. Nukes really??? Are they forgetting how fast that thing is. he could let it get close and be in the skies in Milliseconds. Speed Outclasses, Power Outclassed, Defense Outclassed, Cunning Intermediate, it shows decent awareness.

Only thing i can think of in this situation is to go inside it and find its heart and destroy . other than that its not possible. Luo Feng, Hong, And Lieshen need to pull that off but it may be fast enough to prevent that and smart enough to see it coming and fire its breath with timing.

They are simply setting up the feeling of dread and powerlessness against the Golden Horned Behemoth.
The human armies can't match it, the wargods can't match it.
The nuke could MAYBE hurt it if it exploded on direct contact, but that's never going to happen. The nuke is useless against the long range beam or the fact that the monster's top speed is 14899m/s. It may have enemy detection abilities like a radar or something we don't know about yet.
The only people who can do something are Babata and Luo Feng.

I'm well aware as I would assume most people watching are that this is generally a hopeless situation, after Babata 1st said it was hopeless after it's level and powerful bloodline were brought up the "1st time" last episode. Also well aware that no 1 wants to give up and let the creature kill them, incoming 5 minute montage next episode about that I wonder. Don't need to be told the same thing multiple times to feel the situation is hopeless and to build dread. That's not good story telling, it just takes away from the story and what they're building, game of thrones season 8 is a perfect example.

That plan has so many flaws, it is borderline self-deluded optimism. The biggest flaw is the need to hit it at point blank range and considering the fact the beast outspeeds any other object or person on the planet good luck with that.

Well, they do have similar looking armor... Also, when they were both introduced they had a temporary truce when hunting those Wood Crystals, so it'd be really easy to get them mixed up (as I did myself at first) 😋

This was a very nice episode... the disparity has ben shown so much, and the preparations to take a final stand. Cannot wait for the next episode.
